30-day returns policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return for a full refund or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused and undamaged and in the original packaging. Please note we use genuine leather and it can receive usage marks quite easily; therefore, be wary when testing our products if you intend to return it.

One year limited warranty.

At AKIELO we are proud of our products and stand by the quality we strive for, but in rare occasions there may be a manufacturing defect.

We offer a full one (1) year limited warranty which is valid from the date of purchase.

The original Amazon purchase confirmation is required as proof of purchase for a warranty claim.

What the warranty covers.

The limited warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials on all main parts of AKIELO products, from the date of purchase.

What the limited warranty doesn't cover.

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, accidental damage, unreasonable use or neglect, or is an unwanted gift or change of mind.

Additionally, AKIELO will not be liable to cover damages that may result from the use of any AKIELO product. Our limited warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.

How do I claim the warranty.

If you believe the item is defective and under warranty, please submit a return or exchange request via our contact us page, or directly at support@akielo.com.

In the email please include your order number and some pictures detailing the manufacturing defect.
